Chicken Balti Curry and Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

This recipe is an infusion of two of my favourite standard dishes from Oriental and Indian Cuisine. They taste really great together and are a much healthier alternative to take-aways or popular recipes that involve a lot of rice or heavy Egg noodles. Nothing is deep-fried, has butter, or contains any strange additives often found in Chinese food like MSG. Everything is fresh and tasty and requires very little effort! I hope you enjoy.

5 minutes to let the onions soften. Then add the peppers and the chicken.
75. Leave the curry to cook on a low heat (gas mark 3 or 4) for 20 minutes with a lid on if you can. Stir occasionally.
How to make the Stir-Fry
8 These are the three main ingredients you will need for the Stir-Fry. These are based upon the healthiest options that you can find
in the supermarket. Black Bean Sauce is very low in salt, sugar and fat.
Rice noodles are a much lighter alternative to others types. Egg Noodles are 138
Calories per 100g and Rice Noodles are 109 Calories per 100g.
Any bag of vegetables is great. If you live in the U.K,
then Sainsbury's always has a Meal Deal where you can buy any 3 Stir-Fry items for 3 Pounds.
Adding some diced chicken and mushrooms will taste great as well and Soy Sauce is a good addition.
91. Place some oil into a pan and grab about two handfuls of Stir-Fry vegetables into the pan on a medium heat.
122. Place any other ingredients you want such as Mushrooms and Chicken and let it cook in a pan at a medium heat for 10 minutes
until soft.
14 3. Add the Black Bean Sauce and let the ingredients cook and absorb for another 10 minutes. Make sure
that the chicken is cooking through.
154. Place 1/2 or 3/4 of the bag of the Rice Noodles in the Pan and leave to soften and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 Minutes,
turn the heat up and stir through for another 5-10 minutes. Add Soy Sauce.
The Balti will have slow-cooked by the time the Stir-Fry has finished. Place each meal in a separate dish and serve!
Add some Basmati rice with the Balti to complete the curry.
